Breakfast is included and good, and Blue cafe is a nice spot at night. You feel safe with the hotel right next door. The place was clean and eco friendly, though you need to hang the sign on the door if you want your room cleaned. The Indian lady manager was very nice and gave us complimentary late check-out. At the front desk, your man “sagar” was helpful and always smiling. There's plenty of parking, a casino, and a money exchange boot, and the hotel feels safe and secure.

A few staff understood how uncomfortable we were, the beds were nice when we could sleep in them, and breakfast was OK. But the bar below the rooms was club-loud at night, and there was no soundproofing. We could hear people talking in rooms on both sides as well as cars outside. The music blasted until 3h30 am, so we couldn't sleep. Cleaning was poor too, with clothes and shoes left in the room.

The Blue Grand Cafe, the hotel's dining area, is a lovely place to unwind with a cold beer. Staff were cheerful and very friendly, and the rooms were nice. The kitchen's food was delicious, though service could be a bit slow.

The staff were nice, but the ice situation was a disaster. There was an ice bucket in the room and no microwave, but no ice machine anywhere. You had to ask staff to bring ice or go to the bar yourself, and even there you couldn't get any without the manager's permission.
