Crown Hotel Juba

Breakfast offered a good selection, though I couldn't tell what some dishes were, so I chose not to try anything I wasn't sure about. There was only instant coffee, and I wished there were a small bedside lamp. The location suited me because I wanted to be near the airport. Staff were friendly, and my room was clean and fairly modern. The air conditioning, refrigerator, and safe all worked well. I disliked being charged an extra 4% for Visa or 5% for MasterCard. Good hotels should cover the bank commission themselves.

The rooms and overall experience are clean and comfortable, with a professional feel. Staff are welcoming and supportive, including with luggage and airport pickup. It seems particularly suited to business and international travelers.

Over more than a decade, Crown Hotel has become a favored choice for travelers, dignitaries, and organizations from around the world, and a symbol of Juba's growth. Thanks to the wonderful team, we appreciate what you do for us. A cut above the rest.
