We had such a pleasant meal, and everything was handled with a smile. Our server knew the menu, stayed patient, and checked in often without hovering. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the beginning, making sure we were comfortable. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks to poni,man no and mariam.

James laat and Sebit were a big help around the meeting halls, making sure everything was neatly set up and that morning and evening tea, coffee, and snacks were ready. During my five days at Radisson Hotel, the staff I met welcomed me warmly. My room was well organised, cleaned daily, and the bed was made neatly. I enjoyed the restaurant and its food too. I hope to have the same experience again soon. Thank you!

Gloria gave us outstanding customer service at the restaurant tonight. I’ve eaten at many restaurants, but haven’t had service this good anywhere in South Sudan. She made me feel like I was in Washington DC, and I’ll be back because of her. I’d recommend her for any available opportunity, a promotion, a pay raise, or both. Best regards to the management of Radisson Blue in Juba, South Sudan. I wanted to share what a great experience I had.

The Italian dishes at Bertarelli were delicious and beautifully presented, especially the kingfish salmon dish and pollo con. We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday there at the Radisson Blu, Juba, and the staff made it feel special with a complimentary cake and warm, attentive service. Special thanks to Joyce and Sarah for making the day even more beautiful. We’ll definitely be back. ❤️
