Juba Regency Hotel

The rooms are clean, with great lighting and ventilation, and the places to relax around the pool are amazing. I also enjoyed the food. I love the hospitality, the staff interactions, and the accommodation. Come see what makes the hotel beautiful and unique. Keep up the good work.

The city view is lovely, and the rooms felt clean and comfortable. The food was great, and the staff were friendly. It was a relaxing stay, with excellent service. I’d recommend it.

Free parking is available inside the hotel grounds, though it can get crowded on weekends and around dinner. The food choices cover African and international dishes, including tasty Ethiopian options, and there’s a decent selection of beer and wine. You can eat outdoors too. The spa and gym were highlights, with good therapists and trainers and modern equipment. The hotel was clean and well looked after, and the restaurants offered plenty of choice. Service was usually attentive, if a little slow at times. A comfortable, pleasant stay.

I wouldn’t recommend Glory Regency Hotel in its current state. For what it costs, the value was very poor. The advertised amenities were missing or didn’t work, and the service felt slow and unprofessional. My room wasn’t clean to a good standard and seemed neglected. Its basic facilities also fell short of what the online description led me to expect. Major improvements are needed.
