Juba Landmark Hotel

A cozy spot to spend the evening in the city centre.

The evening bar just behind the hotel is a lovely place for dinner with a partner or a group. The location is good, the food tastes great, and the staff are genuinely friendly and make an effort to help. The Ugandan chef does a top-notch job with the meals. The rooms need a lot of repair and updating. I found clogged showerheads, rusty shower cabins, noisy air conditioners, stained towels, and cockroaches roaming around. The public areas show signs of cleaning, but the rooms need more attention.

I recently attended a training session facilitated by BSS at Landmark Hotel. The facilities worked well for the event, with a comfortable setting for learning. The fast internet made online interaction and access to training materials easy. The connection was also quick throughout my stay, which would be useful for business travelers or anyone needing to stay connected. The hotel is in a quiet setting with striking views. Staff were warm and courteous from the start, and ready to help with luggage or suggestions for local attractions. The dining menu offered a wide range of dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and I enjoyed the food. My stay was memorable. The comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and calm atmosphere made it a good place to relax and recharge. I’d recommend Landmark Hotel to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay.

The food was marvelous, and the staff were very responsive and keen to make guests comfortable. My experience was generally good. Some room items, though, such as the mattresses and towels, should be replaced.
