My stay was amazing. The hotel offers top-notch service and Western comfort. A special thanks to the front desk staff, Nyiel, Nancy, Rejoice, Timketu and Dut, who made me feel welcome and special. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I’ll be back!

The food is one of the best things here, with incredible dishes that rank among the best in town. The hotel also has beautiful views over the city from above. It feels like a safe place to meet with friends and family, relax, talk, and enjoy time together. The waitstaff provide exceptional service.

The rooms were comfortable and kept in good shape, and the service was attentive and professional. It’s not quite luxury-hotel standard, but the price felt fair for what you get. The location and surroundings are the real standout, five stars for convenience.

The pyramid-shaped hotel is a striking sight in Juba, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in took a little longer than it should have, though. I had a good stay overall, and the place has plenty of potential if some services improve.

The rooftop is open air, with a splendid view over the River Nile and Juba City. There’s plenty of choice at brunch, from a nutritious salad bar to flavorful continental and local mains. The apple pie and pudding were the best of the assorted desserts, and service was efficient.
