10/10
The room made a strong impression: plenty of space, tasteful furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a lovely city view. It was kept spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked quickly and reliably. I also had a minibar, air conditioning, and a safe. At Airport plaza Hotels in thoinping, the staff were attentive and professional from arrival, and check-in was quick. Someone even showed me to my room.

4/10
The restaurant serves local and international food, and the quality was generally good, though I found the menu somewhat limited and prices a little high. Staff were friendly and willing to help, but service could drag during busy periods. The rooms were clean, spacious, well maintained, and had comfortable beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathrooms. They could also be noisy because the hotel is near the airport. The Airport Plaza Hotel in Juba, South Sudan is only a few minutes' drive from Juba International Airport, so it can be convenient for travelers coming and going. It's a decent place for a comfortable stay.

The public spaces look really beautiful, and the service was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Our bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nearly everything here is excellent.
