It felt more like a home than just somewhere to stay. The manager and staff care about guests’ well-being, and the manager even checks that you’re having a good time on vacation. You can ask him about services like car rental or leisure activities. The hotel is in a busy commercial area, so it’s a good fit for people who prefer quiet places only if they’re comfortable with that. It worked perfectly for me.
There are just three rooms in different sizes, and there’s no standard reception desk. The welcome is personal, the atmosphere feels familiar, and the staff are friendly and helpful, with English spoken. The host arranged transfers and took care of other requests. Breakfast was great, cleaning was very thorough each day, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. You can walk to everything in the city.
Great location by the marketplace, with taxis and bus stops nearby and all the Sao Tome attractions within walking distance. Super clean, with air conditioning and breakfast included.
