The setting really makes this place: lovely views, a relaxed vibe, and plenty of room to wander, do yoga, or hang out by the pools, garden, and hammock gazebos. There’s even a “Private Beach” where you can surf. We enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant, and the service was good. The rooms are basic and a bit noisy, especially with staff in the kitchen early in the morning. You also have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want people seeing into your room. After 9 pm there’s nowhere to order or buy anything, which was a problem when we needed hot water for medicine and the café had closed with nobody around. Even with those drawbacks, the location, views, and atmosphere made it a perfect holiday for us. We’d love to come back.

The quiet, beautiful surroundings and the ocean-water pool beside the beach made this a lovely place to spend the whole day. We got a day pass and enjoyed relaxing in a private cabin, away from busy, crowded areas. The food was delicious, better than we expected, and the staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Francisco deserves a special thank you. He helped with our luggage, made sure we were comfortable, and kept checking in with a smile to see how our day was going. His attentiveness made us feel especially well looked after. I’d absolutely recommend Atami Escape Room for a restful stay, and I’ll definitely return.

We walked the path around the perimeter to take in the coastline. My friends tried the different pools and really enjoyed them, though keep an eye out for sea life like crabs in the rim-side pool since it gets its water from the ocean. To visit nearby beaches such as El Sunzal, WL Tunco (Surf City), or El Zonte, you’ll need to take a chicken bus.

The beach and location are lovely, and there’s a decent restaurant right on the beach. The pool and salt pool are a nice bonus. Rooms are small, but they do the job :)

The beach and view were good, but the day pass felt overrated. Food wasn’t great and service was really slow, which left me disappointed and not wanting to return.
