We were able to walk to restaurants and pharmacies, and the place also has a nice, clean pool and laundry service. Breakfast was free and really good. We stayed here while my daughter was recovering from surgery, and they lent her a wheelchair to use. They were so kind to us. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect for walking around and getting to know Sonzonate. We were there for one night, and it was absolutely amazing. The pool was very clean, nicely leveled for swimming, and had a really relaxed vibe. Breakfast this morning was delicious, and the service was respectful and organized. There’s a lot to offer here. I hope God blesses the staff and this place for their wonderful work.

The AC was so loud that sleeping meant choosing between the noise and the heat. Two people on my team also found a bad smell, dirty towels, and a bug in their rooms. Restaurant service was very bad, with a limited menu and no desserts in the afternoon to have with coffee. It works as a place to stay, but it isn’t comfortable and definitely isn’t for demanding customers.

The deal is fair, and it’s probably a step above the average El Salvador hotel. I enjoyed breakfast, and there’s a decent pool and slot machines.

The reception staff were terrible, and the rooms weren’t clean. The carpet was very dirty, the bathrooms left a lot to be desired, and the towels were old, not white, and smelled bad. A very bad experience.
