I've been here twice and think it's a great place. There's free coffee and water, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The receptionist is a friendly, attentive young man, and, if you ask me, a little too handsome.

It's a welcoming place with free coffee and water, a roomy kitchen, and a shared area with a pool table. We couldn't use it, though, because a dirty-looking man who smelled bad was smoking and blocking the hallway with a chair. We also had a problem with the dorm beds. Victor addressed our concern about insects in the beds and explained that they were coming from the light.

The kitchen is a good size and well equipped, there's a hot and cold water dispenser, and the place was reasonably clean and tidy. We had a private room with its own bathroom and AC, which was definitely needed in San Miguel's heat. The bathroom was a decent size and the water pressure just about acceptable, though there was no hot water and the sink could've been cleaned better. The pool table was barely usable and the cues need replacing. The bigger problem was road noise. The slatted glass windows did nothing to keep the sound out, making it hard to sleep well. Since I like to sleep in on holiday, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The accommodation is basic but nicely presented, with everything you need, including air conditioning and a kitchen. The owners are very pleasant. I'd stay again.

The room was really spacious and great to sleep in, and it cost less than I expected. The service was perfect, and the location is very central with lots of businesses nearby. The only downside is the road noise. I love this place.
