The room my husband booked through Expedia was tiny and nothing like the listing photos. We hadn’t been told we’d share a bathroom, which wasn’t acceptable with our child. We were upset about the cramped space and shared bathroom, and couldn’t get a refund. It also took ages to find the place because Google Maps kept sending us to the wrong spot. Plan ahead.
The rooms work well for different group sizes, and the staff are great. Several conveniences are nearby, including a grocery store and restaurants.
As a regular business visitor to the c-4 region, I value peace of mind, security, and a homely welcome after a full day more than fancy formalities. Laundry meant dialing 4, and housekeeping meant dialing 9, so by the time you get used to the system, it’s time to leave. Business travelers need to save money to earn it, just as oil comes from the seed, not the husk. At one meeting, the owner personally offered to translate for me. Kudos to him for the effort and help.
Good value, and the hosts were very accommodating.
