Hotel La Capilla - Suites & Apartments San Benito

The location is very convenient, in a pretty neighborhood, and most of the staff were nice and did their best to communicate with me. I chose the hotel partly because its page said they spoke English, but they don't speak any English at all. During my five days here, my room was cleaned just once. It smelled nice afterward but still didn't feel clean, and on my last night roaches were running in and out. The complimentary breakfast was just bread, jam, butter, and coffee or tea every morning. You may be better off skipping it. The shower didn't have warm or hot water either, so I wouldn't suggest this place if you need that. It's a convenient spot for a short stay only.

The neighborhood felt very safe, and there weren't any clubs or bars that we knew of, which our family of four appreciated. That was the only good thing. We wouldn't recommend this place at all. It costs far too much for what you get: no blankets or laundry, and no proper breakfast. Every day it was only bread and jam. We had no hot water for all five days, and nothing changed after staff said they'd fix it.

There are lots of better hotels for this price near metro centro mall. This place was missing hot water, window screens, blankets, lamps, and breakfast. Fine for one night, but the room beside the office is loud, so don't take it.

It's too small, more like a hostel, and everything in the area is expensive.
