The staff were friendly, easy to approach, and extremely courteous. I felt more welcome than I often do in the States, and the place has a down-to-earth feel. The hallways and rooms were clean and well maintained, and I slept comfortably. A heads-up about the shower: the water gets warm, but never hot, and you need to leave it running for about a minute. Apparently there are no recirculating pumps on the hot water lines. Noise could be an issue depending on your room. The lobby, business area, and breakfast service are on the first floor, and their early morning sounds travel up to the second-floor rooms. If movement or rustling wakes you, book on the third floor or above. It's quiet there, since the noise doesn't seem to reach past the second floor.

The breakfast choices were wonderful, and the staff were great. Take your food out to the patio in front of the hotel if you can. You can hear and feel the city waking up around you.

I couldn't get a good night's rest here. The room needs an upgrade, there was a lot of noise, and the TV switched itself on at 5 a.m. Other guests were loud too. The staff weren't very friendly.

I stayed at hotel Beverly hills in June 2024. It's a great place, with nice people, excellent service, and a good breakfast. Thanks to everyone on the staff, especially Linda Lucy and reina.
