The building was well maintained, and security was both pleasant and professional. Staff were really friendly, and the on-site restaurant served a great dinner and breakfast. I stayed here on my first night in San Salvador. It wasn't the newest Ramada I've stayed at, but it's probably my favorite so far. Wish I'd booked more nights.

Rebeca, the manager, was rude and unprofessional when dealing with an issue. The prices are outrageous, and they charge for everything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I had a bad experience. The pool was dirty, and the food took forever to arrive. Manager Rebeca was rude and unprofessional.
