The room was amazing, and the host was such a kind, incredible guy. He speaks English really well, so English-only visitors needn’t worry. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re there to party. Somehow the card reader charged me twice even though I was right there. He gave me the money back in cash straight away, which was very nice of him.

There’s a pool in the backyard, plus a kitchen and a big living room guests can use. The rooms upstairs were very clean and comfortable. It took me a little while to find the exact spot, but this small hotel in a nice neighborhood was worth it. A good choice for someone traveling on a mid-range budget.

The service was friendly and the property is beautiful, right in Zona Rosa. There’s a nightclub close by, though, and its music carries late into the night.

We had a garden and pool view, and the shower was roomy and clean; the toilet worked fine too. The garden and pool are lovely, and there’s a large shared area. Parking is limited to about four spots, but it felt very secure. The place has around six rooms in the San Benito neighborhood. When we arrived, the dueña first offered us a smaller room facing the parking area, saying the pool view room we’d booked wasn’t available. We explained what we had reserved and insisted. After a phone call, she said our room was available after all. One big issue: the popular club across the street played extremely loud electronic music all night on Thursday and Friday, at least until 3 or 4 a.m. Bring earplugs, headphones, and patience.

The only real drawback was the club across the street, with music blaring until around 3:30 or 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise, the staff were lovely, the rooms were clean and felt safe, and each had its own bathroom. There’s also a nice pool, a lush garden, and places to sit throughout the house. Restaurants are within walking distance.
