We stayed April 2-26, 2025, and had two rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the second. Both were bigger than we expected, and the hotel and rooms were very clean. They left bottled water for us each day. From the outside it looks basic, but inside it's quite cute. Breakfast was included and very good, and the friendly staff went out of their way to help. It's in a good area, within walking distance of some restaurants. The historical area of San Salvador is a short drive away, and a taxi was only $5, easier than driving and looking for parking. The grocery store was a two-minute drive away. A mini fridge in the rooms would have made the stay five-star. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to El Salvador.

The location made things easy for us. Everything we needed was a short walk away, including pharmacies and lots of places to eat, from local spots to more upscale restaurants. We also found several lively after-night spots nearby for fun evenings. My wife and I felt safe throughout our stay. The security team was attentive and professional, whether we were in our room, using the hotel's facilities, or coming back late. From the warm welcome to the service, we felt right at home. The Windsor Plaza Hotel gave us a comfortable and convenient stay, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The photos on Google make this place look quite different from what it is. The rooms weren't in great condition, and the service was awful. The man in the garage who welcomed us was the only person who gave good customer service. After booking and paying by card, they wouldn't work with me on any changes. I'd spend a little more for a better hotel.

It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and the hotel was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There's a small restaurant inside, a meeting room for work groups, and a decent-sized pool. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting San Salvador who wants a safe, pleasant, comfortable place to stay.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so accommodating. The hotel’s right in the city center, with everything close by. I’d happily stay again.
