After arriving in San Salvador late at night, I stayed only until the next morning before checking out. The hotel felt old, dirty, and really uncomfortable, so I wouldn't recommend it. I was told I'd get a refund, but it still hasn't arrived. I feel like I was scammed.

The beds are really, really comfortable, and the sheets and towels smell fresh. It's not especially modern, but the place is clean and everyone is friendly. Service is perfect. Breakfast buffet food isn't the best, though it helps if you're on a budget.

Señor Ernesto, the hotel manager, gave us excellent tips on places to visit and restaurants, plus safe transportation options. As tourists from Canada, we really appreciated the help. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the housekeeper was especially friendly. Our room was very clean, with fresh sheets and daily cleaning, and soap and shampoo were always provided. The air conditioning seemed almost new. Great location, too. Muchas gracias Señor Ernesto!

The poolside area is beautiful and relaxing, and breakfast is amazing. I've stayed here several times with students from U.S.A., and the rooms have been clean. My school and the other groups I bring will keep coming back. A great place to stay.
