Alicia checked us in and was genuinely kind and helpful. I travel with medication that has to stay refrigerated, and since the rooms don't have their own fridges, she put it in the hotel's fridge without hesitation. The security guard with the mustache who helps in the parking lot was also lovely, always greeting us with a big hola and a friendly smile. The staff were so nice, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was really good, especially the pancakes. Kali Hotel is conveniently located near Santa Ana's central sights, and the terrace has a nice view of the city center.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the check-out left a stale taste. They asked for a $50 cash deposit and forgot to return it until we reminded them. Earlier, they had charged more to the credit card than they said they would, then made reimbursement difficult.

This is our favorite place to stay in Santa Ana. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the food is muy delicioso! Every person on the team is great at what they do, with outstanding customer service.

We were impressed by how much was included: a great breakfast at no extra cost, hot water, streaming on the television, comfortable beds, and air conditioning. The staff provided excellent service, too. Wow!

The staff were helpful throughout, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location has a downside, since this part of town is packed with traffic and street vendors. Still, it works well if you want to walk to Santa Ana's historic area.
