Ipan Noya

Edgar and Natalie were a big help with restaurant ideas and local attractions, and they could arrange airport transportation any time of day. The hotel was clean and spacious, and check-in and checkout were hassle-free. I loved the pink look, and the cozy room had an amazing volcano view. Most places were within walking distance, with the city center close by. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a five-star hotel and service experience.

The location is hard to beat, and the fresh, interesting finishes caught my eye. The staff put in extra effort and were clearly focused on good service. You can see the time and care given to the details. We’ll definitely come back.

Edgar, the owner, was really nice, and Natalie was a huge help with suggestions for places to eat and visit. The rooms felt cozy and comfortable, and the building was clean with great views. Since ipan noya is a new hotel, I’d suggest adding door stops to the wall behind the restroom doors. I bumped one into the wall by accident, and if that happens to more guests, it could eventually leave a hole. I’d highly recommend staying here when visiting San Salvador.

Everyone was kind and helpful, and it was so convenient to get around from here. We loved the hotel. If you want somewhere relaxing that’s also close to everything, this is the place.
