The view was the one good part of my stay, but it couldn't make up for the awful behavior at reception. The reception lady was so rude and seemed to have no hospitality training, or even basic human decency. At best, she was unpleasant and irritating. Room service was below average too. I hope one day they move past nepotism and hire someone actually qualified to run reception professionally.

The elevator only worked for a few hours a day, the rooms were too small, and there was no AC. Room service wasn't good either. At check-in, the reception lady was so rude and had no hospitality training. It was not a good experience staying here.

There was no AC, and the furniture was old and worn. Service and customer service were good.

Across from the General Park of Aleppo, it's a nice, clean place to spend some quiet time.
