We only went to the restaurant for lunch, and did that twice, though we didn't stay at the hotel. The service was lovely, thanks Lindelua, and the salads were delicious.

It's a place with all the things you'd want for a getaway, almost like the mall. The view is truly breathtaking, and it's a great area to relax.

It took more than two hours for our food to come, and then it wasn't even what we'd ordered. My grandmother and I had already waited over 30 minutes just to order drinks, then another 30 minutes for those to arrive before we ordered food. Nobody checked on us during the meal. The food was dry, unappetizing, and not worth the price. The waitstaff acted like amateurs, and I saw two families seated at tables that hadn't been cleaned. The restaurant felt outdated and poorly managed, and it clearly needs proper leadership. The staff seemed unable to do their jobs properly. It was an awful experience at The George Hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking good food and proper service. Save your money for somewhere that cares about customers.
