There was only one towel, and the mug was dirty. The tea and coffee were set out for one person, not two. The shower barely had enough pressure to rinse off the soap, and the water was cold. Cold air came in through the balcony door because it wouldn't close all the way. There was no heater, just two light blankets.

We had a really enjoyable week and are already looking forward to coming back. The place is beautiful and kid friendly, and everyone looked after us so well. Sibahle Bonsile and the other three staff members were friendly and accommodating, and Malaza was great with the shuttle. Thanks as well for the shuttle prices, we really appreciated them. One small thing, could room 2 have a more comfortable bed? I'd love to spend more time here.
