The breakfast was good, but the service hours were a problem. Staff only start at 8am, so there's no help if you need anything before then, and nobody is available at night either. The rooms have been renovated recently, though the workmanship is shoddy.

I paid the deposit 3months ahead, yet they still overbooked the place. I don't know if that's greed or just ignorance, but I can't understand how this happened.

The food was really nice, and we enjoyed swimming in the clean, beautiful pool. But they served us beer that was over 5-months past its expiry date 😕. I get that beer may not move quickly at a place like this, but expired beer shouldn't be served to customers.

It's a beautiful place all around, and the location works well if you want privacy. I liked the chalets, though I'm unsure how suitable they are for sharing.

The pool is always a great experience, but one very grumpy receptionist made a child pay the adult fee just because he felt like it. The rooms are too pricey as well, and they require R1500 to do a photoshoot inside. That's far too much!!
