The room, location, and facilities were all good. The trouble was the bar and restaurant service, which was terrible. After I complained, the supervisor took over as our group's waiter and did a great job, though he shouldn't have had to cover for his staff. Things improved, but the stay still had its issues.

The location was decent and the rooms were okay. Service felt average, and families might have more to do if there were additional activities.

We'd choose this hotel again when we visit. The staff are good people, and breakfast is offered alongside some really good restaurant food. Rooms are roomy enough and have enough parking available. It's easy to get to the main road and nearby places of interest, with a shopping centre right across the street.

The restaurant was the highlight for me. The chef is fantastic, and everything from pizza to the more classic dishes was excellent, all at incredible prices. The hotel is central, with a direct walk to the mall, and the facilities are comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the service and quality of the people were very good. Thank you very much. :)

I only went in because I was curious about the casino and needed to use the restroom. I was amazed to find what looked like a real Vegas-style casino right here in Eswatini!
