The zip line was awesome, and the slides were excellent too. The pools were clean, open all day, and had plenty of room and options.

I had a horrible weekend here. The place might work for a day visit, but I wouldn't stay overnight. The restaurant took an hour or more to bring an order, and menu items were often unavailable. Breakfast was horrible, and the waiters showed no professionalism. The service doesn't justify the prices, so they should lower them. I could write pages, but don't waste your money. Go to Summerfields or Mantenga lodge instead.

The resort is in a perfect location, but several things need attention. Breakfast runs only from 08:30 to 10:00, and by 09:30 almost everything is gone. The food, tea, and coffee are cold, and some guests take more than their share without considering others. Bringing the kitchen closer to the dining area could help keep food hot. The booking system, room service, reception professionalism, and restaurant customer service all need improvement. Waiters also need uniforms and customer service training. Please put basics like sauces, salt, pepper, toothpicks, and paper towels on the dining tables. The men's toilets by the dining area need urinals, with a cleaner available to wipe them down.

There are plenty of things to do here, including hiking and zip lining, and vegetarian food is available. The restaurant service was really slow, though. The rooms are comfortable for the price, and if you enjoy pools, swimming with that amazing view is a great experience. A must-visit place.

The resort is beautiful and refreshing, and the traditional dance was wooow. Siphiwe' gave us the best service, she is the best.
