2/10
It's a beautiful place, but the service was the worst. Towels were dirty, and even when they brought a towel, it was dirty. The linen wasn't changed. Security was often unavailable, so we had to open and close the gate ourselves. The A/C and remote didn't work, and DStv only worked in the sitting room, not the bedrooms. The bed creaked whenever I changed position, which was the worst part. There wasn't an extra blanket even on cold nights. Too expensive for such a lack of service.

The rooms are spacious enough for a family, but not having plates, cutlery or glasses was a real turn off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner has a good concept, but the apartments are badly managed. The blinds are torn and falling, and the kitchen isn't properly equipped. There were no wine glasses or salad bowls, just the bare minimum. Extra blankets are needed in Winter.

The neighbouring apartments were noisy at night and early in the morning. The cutting knives weren't sharp, and they should try using non-stick pots and pans.

It's clean and comfortable, and a good place to stay overall. The services could use some improvement.
