The staff made this place for us. Everyone was friendly and available, and it seemed like each person wore several hats to keep things running, always with a smile. They seemed to enjoy their work. The food and location were spot on, and we had a good time on the tours, especially the Mango nature boat ride. The Lady Grace sunset trip had a lovely boat and nice staff, but it was short and there wasn't much food for the price. The sister property was a nice getaway with wonderful food and drinks. We look forward to coming back.

The small details around Blue Haven really stood out. I saw a staff member raking seaweed off the shore early one morning, and the watersports team paid close attention to safety on our clear-water kayaking trip through the Mangrove. They noticed water inside my kayak and sorted it out right away. The pina coladas were so good I couldn't stop drinking them, and the food was tasty too. My husband and I were there for his 50th birthday. Our King suite was like a one-bedroom apartment, with a big room, kitchen appliances, washer, and dryer. The balcony had a lounge chair and a table with four chairs, and the room had a beautiful view. The staff were wonderful throughout. Winchel helped with our bags when we arrived, and Shaneka at the front desk even helped me with a splinter I got on an excursion. I wish I knew everyone's names, because they all deserved recognition. Yzadona was excellent at arranging our excursions and transportation. She kept the schedule straight and made sure we didn't miss our ride. We had a great time and would definitely return. I've already recommended the resort to family and friends.

The marina and Crystal Clearwater nearby made for lovely surroundings. Our family had a great time at this beautiful resort, tucked away in a semi-gated community. It's boutique-sized, which meant a relaxing stay without crowds of guests and travelers. The food was delicious, but the service stood out most. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

Blue Haven's grounds were immaculate, the rooms were incredible, and the staff were amazing throughout our stay. Shaneka, the manager, made sure we and our babies were well looked after. Venequa, Janet, and Natalee deserve a special thank you too. We were greeted warmly and treated to wonderful service every day. It's taken me almost a year to write this, but we had such an amazing vacation that we're already looking forward to booking again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The area felt safe, and it was easy to get around or head into town. The staff were friendly and always answered questions with a smile. This is one of my favorite Caribbean places I've visited, and I'd gladly come back.
