Google Maps couldn’t get me there, so I went somewhere else.

For what it costs, the room and furniture are acceptable, though the place seems to have gone without upkeep. The wooden floors in both the hotel and the room flex and wobble underfoot. Check-in was also a mess: there was no receptionist, and no key code was sent. I arrived confused and waited an hour, then had to get the right phone number and Line account from Agoda.

The room was musty, the air conditioning barely worked, and there was a stain on the bed. The bathroom drain looked broken, and a piece of fabric was stuck to the mirror. I booked a standard room for two adults through the app but was given a deluxe room with two beds instead. When I asked about it, they said I had chosen the wrong room, even though I hadn't. I waited nearly 15 minutes while the owner told me to wait. Terrible experience, run away if you can.

We paid over 900 baht and stayed only five minutes before checking out. It was the worst place we’ve ever stayed, and it ended our Amphawa firefly trip. The room was dusty, covered in cobwebs, and smelled awful. The bathroom seemed never to have been cleaned, and the air conditioner was filthy and very old. The entrance and exterior were overgrown and frightening. Everything was dusty, and the equipment was broken or damaged with no sign of repairs or maintenance. Please don’t make our mistake and book it. I wouldn’t give it even one star.
