I booked a deluxe king room through Booking.com from roomquest amphawa and paid 1587baht, but they sent us here without asking first. The room was nothing like what we paid for, dirty, with broken sheets, and in VERY BAD CONDITION. They’re now refusing to give my money back. Zero stars if possible. Avoid this place.

The room was awful, the service was awful, and the surroundings were terrible. It wasn't worth the price and doesn't deserve even one star. I arrived at 11:30 p.m., but didn't get into a room until midnight. First I had to enter the door code three times, then they assigned me a room that already had someone in it. This dorm is incredibly shoddy.

I lost money and still couldn't stay there. I couldn't get hold of either the landlord or Agoda. I shouldn't have booked a place to stay here at all, honestly. It's the worst place I've ever stayed, in my opinion, and doesn't deserve a star. 👎👎👎👎👎

There were no reception staff, and everything had to be handled online. The room itself was in terrible shape: things were broken, the sink was nearly coming apart, and the air conditioner in the bathroom dripped. There weren't any amenities, the floor was really dusty, and the room smelled very musty. I was already worn out from work, and seeing the room made me feel even more exhausted.
