It’s only a short walk to Seven Eleven, the beach, and Ao Nang Landmark night market, though I’d recommend taking Grab to the market. The room was very clean, and they replaced the towels every day, which I especially liked. There’s a balcony, pool, bar, and a good breakfast, plus the hospitality was great. The almost-white-haired receptionist was so helpful and spoke English fluently, better than I do. GOOD HOTEL.

I’m still here for a few more days and am already looking forward to the rest of my stay in Krabi. Ainee made check-in warm and efficient, and Yusuf took care of our luggage. Everything went smoothly when we arrived, and the team made us feel welcome. Before the trip, I’d accidentally booked the wrong dates. The reservation couldn’t normally be refunded or changed, so I was worried, but when I contacted the hotel, the team sought approval from higher management and managed to amend it. I really appreciate their flexibility and understanding. Thank you for the lovely service. I’d happily return to GLOW Hotel Ao Nang.

The breakfast was nice and the service was wonderful, and the staff were kind enough to move us when we couldn’t stay in our first room. The smell in that room was so strong it made me dry heave as soon as I walked in, despite my usually strong stomach. With weed and cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, we couldn’t even leave a window open. There were smoking areas on both sides of the floor area. If you smoke or are into cannabis, this hotel may suit you. But as a family, we wanted to relax by the pool without someone smoking weed onto us and our kids. Ban smoking and deal with rude tourists, and it could be an amazing hotel.

We only stayed one night in a standard room. It was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from the beach, with lots of Indian restaurants nearby and a 7-Eleven just behind it. When we arrived, I saw our assigned building had no elevator. The reservation staff noticed my parents were with me, both over 70, checked the system, and kindly moved us to a building with an elevator. I appreciated her thoughtfulness toward older guests.

Our family room had one double bed and one single, plus a balcony looking over the pool. It was comfortable, though the AC wouldn’t go below 25°, which felt a bit warm. The pool and breakfast were both great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to the beach, and within about 8 minutes there’s a 7/11, good restaurants, affordable spas, and scooty rentals.
