Al Ameen Hotel

For the price, you get a big room, good air-conditioning, and a decent toilet. I felt it was worth what I paid, and it’s not far from 7-11.

I’m contacting Agoda Customer Service about Hotel Al Ameen Krabi, where I had a reservation from 2 May 2025 to 4 May 2025. Based on what happened and my own assessment, I strongly believe the hotel committed fraud and mistreated me as a customer. The circumstances around the booking make me think I may have been scammed, so I’m asking for a full refund through Agoda. The booking was made and paid through Agoda, with a confirmed booking ID. I urge Agoda to look into this seriously and take action to prevent further incidents. Customer trust matters, and any association, even indirect, with unethical or fraudulent operators can harm Agoda’s reputation. I hope Agoda won’t allow itself to be associated with scammers. If hotels like this keep operating unchecked, people may see Agoda as complicit in fraud. I’ve attached the booking confirmation and relevant documents for review, and look forward to a prompt response and refund.

The room was good, comfortable, and cheap. Parking is limited, but it’s fine if you want to enjoy the town area.

Good value for the price, with spacious, clean rooms and a refrigerator. A perfect stop if you’re passing through in your own vehicle.
