Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa Krabi

At check-in, the doorman was quite unpleasant, and the front desk and doorman staff seemed unhappy. A few of the restaurant staff were much nicer. The property is clearly older, and with occupancy this high, it seems worth investing in upgrades. The rooms need to be brighter, especially the toilet and bathroom. Service at "Let’s Relax" was exceptional, though. I’d stayed at Centara Life Lamai in Koh Samui before. It was smaller, but every staff member was warm and welcoming, and I felt more like a friend they cared for than a customer. That stay brought me to join Centara1 membership. After my experience in Krabi, I’m reconsidering staying a member. It’s really disappointing.

We spent three nights here on a family holiday in March 2026. The location made getting around easy: several Indian restaurants and a 7-Eleven are about 100 meters away, and Ao Nang Night Market, Nopparat Thara Pier, Ao Nang Beach, and the main shopping areas are all within walking distance. The resort is lovely, with traditional charm alongside modern amenities. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, who had fun on the slides. Our spacious room had a pool view and two queen beds, just right for two adults and two children. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout. They welcomed us with a small room decoration and a birthday cake for my twin daughters, a thoughtful surprise that made our arrival memorable. Breakfast had a good range to start the day, although Indian options were limited at both breakfast and in the restaurant. We had an excellent stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa Krabi and would recommend it to families looking for comfort and convenience.

We had a great time here. The rooms, pool, and breakfast were all lovely. The staff were the friendliest we’ve come across, and Ant, Kanon, Nas and small Wawa deserve a special thank you for being so kind and professional. Our little boy Julian loved how much care and attention they gave him.

We stayed for four days, and our children, ages 4 and 6, were having so much fun in the kids’ area that they almost didn’t want to go to the pool. The staff kept them entertained and played with them. Nam and Namhom were fantastic and made the stay extra special for our family. We’d be happy to come back!
