The private cabins by the river were quiet, comfortable, and full of charm. The owner was very nice, and the rooms were clean and well looked after.

We slept with the windows open and didn’t hear any noise. The bungalows are lovely and small, with lots of green and a river view. Service was good, and the food was fine to eat, though it wasn’t really to our taste.

It’s an okay place to stay in Mai hong son. Feels a bit like camping, except you have a cabin.

We found the room just big enough for us and our young son. If we’d had more people, we would’ve needed another room. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The teak bungalow was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful decor. We especially liked the different picnic tables and places to relax, including some by the river. There’s a tree house right in front of the bungalow with bean bag seats, too. It’s a really cute spot with great views, and right by the river. You can get to the main town quickly by bike or car, but walking isn’t convenient. The resort can arrange scooter rental for 200-300 baht.

The bungalows are tiny but beautiful, clean, and cozy, with river views. They also have larger ones, though there’s no pool. Breakfast is included in the 1200 baht price. I don’t often give five stars, and this came close, but I’m still giving it four.
