The Tepp Serviced Apartment

I left about 12k THB in the room after checking out, and the hotel emailed me about the money. That honesty and service really impressed me. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful, the location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and it’s close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. I’ll definitely come back.

I spent two weeks here on a business trip and found the apartment/hotel very comfortable. The rooms are tidy and clean, with their own laundry machines, and the hotel arranged transport to the factory I was supporting. Staff throughout the place, from the security guard and cafeteria to the front desk and housekeeping, were excellent, well trained, and polite. The receptionist in particular stood out. I’d love to stay here again.

We’ve been living at Tepp with our family for two years, and it’s been a wonderful place, particularly for families with children at Bangkok Patana school. You can walk there, or use the shuttle car. The rooftop is a nice place to catch sunrise or sunset. There’s also a meeting room and an acoustic piano, which I’ve had tuned and my sons enjoy playing.

My family and I spent 10 days at Tepp, and the apartments were great. The staff were very accommodating. There’s an onsite spa with treatments at affordable prices, plus a restaurant with a reasonable selection. A shuttle bus can pick you up at the BTS station, but you have to call the hotel since there’s no set timetable, so phone charges can add up. Apart from that, thanks, guys, you made our holiday enjoyable.
