I wasn't impressed with the room. Hair was scattered across the floor and tucked into the gaps, the towels were badly frayed, and the bed was so hard I wondered if it was made of coconut husks. The bathroom wasn't clean either, with water marks on the mirror and rust all over the faucet. This property is part of OY O. I booked on Agoda and paid by credit card. When I got there, staff said the property had canceled the Agoda booking four days earlier. I was told to cancel it myself and pay the hotel again before I could check in, and they asked me for a photo of my booking number. Around 1 a.m., Agoda emailed to confirm that I had checked in. The owner should have entered the booking number in the system to show that I checked in under the reservation. Did the owner end up receiving two payments, one through Agoda and one from me directly? I've filed a complaint with Agoda. They're checking with OYO whether the property really asked to cancel the reservation. If that isn't true, action may be needed under Agoda and OYO's process. Call the hotel before your stay to make sure the booking is connected in their system. We wish we'd done that, since the whole thing wasted our time and left us disappointed.

Please be careful about booking through OYO925. They aren't the business owner, so contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.

The price sits in the middle range and seemed reasonable, not too expensive. The room was decent, though noise from outside got in, and the mattress felt a little firm.
