The room we eventually got was dirty, with dust piled on the shelves and no towels. We asked six times, then waited another two hours for them because the hotel had run out. That was after a check-in delay of more than three hours, even though we arrived at 6pm. Breakfast is only served from 8 to 10am, which is inconvenient, and the choices were basically toast and one egg. You have to pay extra if you want more than one egg. There are pests everywhere, and the staff were unfriendly. For somewhere calling itself a 5-star resort, this was disgraceful. It felt more like a hostel in a neglected resort. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had booked a different room category, but on arrival were told only the wrong rooms were available and that there was nothing they could do. No alternative or other solution was offered, which was extremely disappointing. The staff showed little interest in helping us sort it out, and the service overall was disastrous. We found no friendliness or customer focus during our stay in Thailand, so we can't recommend the hotel.

For the price, this was the best affordable option for me. The hotel is across from a beautiful beach and around six minutes from a night market. My room was huge, with a big bathroom, bathtub and shower, and lots of amenities. The service was excellent too, they even helped me find a taxi at the last minute.

Nothing was right here. The place wasn't clean, the service was terrible, and they kept us waiting for our room until 3:30pm even though check-in was listed as 2pm. Catastrophic. Don't come here!
