Probably the worst hotel in Chiang mai. The owner was unfriendly, and our room still wasn’t ready at 2:30 pm. Then the owner insisted we check out at 11 am even though checkout was at noon. The rooms are tiny and have no windows. Stay at your own risk.

The owner is really nice, and the accommodation is great value for the price.

I was so disappointed that we stayed here. It’s deep down a long alley, and without a car we had a very long walk. No shared taxis pass by, so you have to hire one, and that’s extremely expensive. So frustrating.

It’s expensive and doesn’t include any accessories.
