The hotel is well placed near the beach and plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. We had good experiences with the tour desk, too. They suggested excursions at reasonable prices, and booking elsewhere with hotel pickup wouldn't have saved us money. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good each morning, and we enjoyed lunch there a few times. Our room was roomy, the bed comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. Two small things bothered us. The shower had a translucent wall facing the bedroom, so the person in the room could clearly see the outline of whoever was showering. We didn't understand that design and would have preferred a solid wall. Also, there wasn't really a hotel bar to use on rainy days. There are plenty of options nearby, so it wasn't a big problem, though one would have been nice during the wet afternoons. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. We'd be happy to come back to Krabi.

We had a great stay at panan krabi resort. It's in a good spot and tucked away enough to stay quiet. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The private whirlpool was a lovely extra. Food and drinks were good too. The staff were lovely, especially Barbie in the kids club, who was great with our daughter. I'd highly recommend it.

Coming back to Panan Krabi Resort was a great choice. We had a Family Pool Access room this time, with loads of space, and the whole resort felt relaxed even with plenty of tourists around. It's clean and well cared for. Mew and MJ at the tour desk were so friendly and clearly explained everything for our private luxury Hong Island trip. Mew also went out of her way to arrange a ride to Reeve Beach Club. Our first ride was overcrowded, but she managed to get the driver back for us and saved the evening. Amazing service. We'll definitely return and recommend the resort. And one more thing, Mew is beautiful, as she asked me to say 🤭

I spent 8 days here and would gladly come back. The location makes it easy to reach the beach, restaurants, and shops, while the hotel itself stays peaceful and quiet. The mood was relaxed and welcoming, just right for switching into vacation mode. The pool was a highlight, lovely for swimming or relaxing and never too crowded. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and was very good. My room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a balcony I enjoyed. Housekeeping kept it in great shape every day. Staff were warm and attentive from the smooth check-in onward, and the small touches made the stay feel personal. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed for four nights on our first trip to Thailand, and this was honestly the best hotel we've stayed in. The Deluxe Double Room with Sea View was fantastic, and waking up to that view was a treat. The breakfast buffet was so good, so make sure it's included. Service was amazing, and the front desk were really helpful whenever we had questions or wanted to arrange excursions. It was our first resort-style stay, and we're glad we tried it. A full 10/10, highly recommend.
