I’ve stayed here twice, mainly because it’s near attractions, shops, currency exchange, and the BTS Skytrain. The place could do with an upgrade, though. Seeing used mattresses left in the hallway wasn’t a good impression. I asked the staff for a wake-up call so I wouldn’t miss my flight, but it never came. Luckily, the noisy crowd at the mobile bar nearby kept me awake until 4 in the morning.

I stayed during covid19 and found the manager very rude. It was the worst hotel management I’ve encountered so far. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free. It doesn’t deserve a star.

The price is reasonable for such a good location. It’s a good hotel, with lovely, friendly hospitality. I love all the staff.

I’ve been staying here for years. It’s well located, reasonably priced, and the staff are pleasant.
