The advertised cable TV wasn’t there, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. When I brought it up, they didn’t seem to care.

There’s a bus stop nearby, and the hotel is clean. The cleaning staff do a great job every day, while the guards are friendly and keep watch around the clock. The lobby staff are friendly too. There’s a washer and dryer available: the first wash costs 40 baht and drying costs 30 baht. They’ve recently added a very nice looking coffee shop in the lobby. I recommend the hotel.

Most things were good, and the other staff members were fine. The two evening reception staff were really kind. But I had a bad experience with janna. She was very rude and disrespectful, and spoke badly about me right in front of me. When I asked for her staff ID, she refused to show it, even though I wanted to write a review about her attitude. She also refused to send someone to help with our luggage, despite our having stayed for two weeks. I felt there was racism in how I was treated.

The room was really nice and clean. The hotel is close to the expressway entrance and BTS station, and it’s only a five-minute walk from the bus stop. Parking is nearby and felt safe, with security guards on duty 24 hours a day.

It’s a clean little hotel with few amenities, and the price is right. The mattress is hard, and parking may be a problem. Expect a short drive to get anywhere.
