It looks new in the photos, but the place is old and costs too much for what you get. The air conditioning didn't work, and there's no bidet. After 5 PM there weren't any staff around, so at night you have to deal with problems yourself.

We had a great getaway in the Rayong area. The resort is beautiful, our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They booked taxis for us whenever we needed and shared good local recommendations. After checkout I realized I'd left something really important behind. When I called, they were kind and helped ship it back to me. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The security guards were friendly and genuinely helpful, but I found the rest of the staff very rude. I won't be back. The room was spacious, though rain came through the roof and left water all over the living room floor. There's no free Wi-Fi, breakfast, or water, and they charge for everything, even the instant coffee in the room. They give you a ten-page booklet listing all the charges.

It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with great beaches, and the place feels very safe, with security guards on site. Families should find it suitable, especially if they have their own transportation. The facilities are a bit old, though, and the pool is on the small side. Staff are very friendly and speak English.
