Sea Seeker Krabi Resort

We made good use of the hotel’s app to order excellent food to our room, and the spa treatments were enjoyable. We also booked activities and attractions through the hotel at excellent prices. The location was handy, just a short walk from the sea. Our seventh-floor room had a sea view and was comfortable and very nice, though not fancy or especially decorated. The hotel is large and crowded, and it can get noisy. The staff were charming and helpful, breakfast was good, the pool was large and fun, and the hotel restaurant served excellent food. We had a very positive five-night stay.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet had lots of choices, and our clean room came with a nice balcony. I also appreciated that the hotel is non-smoking. The pool is small, but we found lounge chairs each day and spent an hour or two there. It’s a lovely hotel in a spot that’s a little removed from the bars, but still close enough to enjoy them daily. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the family-owned restaurants across the street are highly rated and serve delicious food. My two gripes: nowhere to put our luggage, so it all stayed on the floor, and an odd sink and mirror setup. The mirror is beside the sink, which made shaving and putting on makeup hard. Highly recommend.

A small thing to keep in mind: the rooms aren’t well soundproofed, so conversations from other rooms or the floor can carry quite loudly. Earplugs would be useful. It was only a minor issue for us, though. We had a great time, the team and spa were outstanding, and the location was great. Special thanks to Mr. Tar. We’d definitely return and can recommend it.

We came for our honeymoon, but the resort seemed better suited to families with children. It was a little busy, though the service was great. The rooms were relatively clean, but had a slightly damp smell, perhaps because the hallways are open air. Happy hour drinks were a nice bonus, the free breakfast buffet was handy, and the free Thai dessert class was fun. Thanks to Barbie, Pure, Jib and Nan.
