The room is HUGE, and the front desk is great. It’s down an alley, but the value makes it worth it. They give you water and towels, and there are plants in the bedroom, though oddly no bathroom mirror. The shower could’ve been warmer, but my friend across the hall had hot water, so maybe it depends on usage. Please conserve water in the shower for all of us 🥹

The rooms were clean and big, and the hotel is within walking distance of thae pae gate, near the night bazaar and ping river. Service needs improvement: the air conditioner wasn’t working, they didn’t give us water bottles even after we asked, and most of the time there was nobody at reception to help. Overall, I’d still recommend staying here.

I booked two nights, but ended up in a miserable, noisy room in a different building, across from Chiang Mai Mansion at Tawan Court. The website and Agoda photos aren’t reliable: you could be placed somewhere else, with nobody able to help you get the room you paid for. That feels totally dishonest. Consider yourself warned.

The service and employees were awful. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai, Thailand, or Asia. I don’t recommend it. I’d rather live on the street than stay in such a bad place.

The room had a kettle, fan, fridge and AC, and the room service was excellent. They handled my valuables honestly. I checked with the owner, Madam Sunee, before I arrived and got a reply. There was no deposit, though I did need to show my passport. The water heater didn't work well, and getting there meant walking through a poorly lit alley.
