The pool was clean and relaxing, just right for unwinding after a day exploring Chiang Mai. I was also surprised by the delicious Thai tea chocolate at the counter, a thoughtful touch. Staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The price felt very affordable for the quality. Outstanding value for money, and I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

All the staff were so lovely and helpful, and getting picked up for trips was easy. The hotel was convenient for everything going on nearby. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooms were kept to a very high standard. Our cleaner on floor 2 was superb. Thank you, Num, hope I got that right. He made us feel so welcome and often surprised us with towels folded into swans, elephants and other shapes. A real star, thank you xx

Room 208 had everything we needed for our 3 nights, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The room was very clean, wifi stayed reliably strong, drinking water was refilled daily, and the fresh towels were folded into lovely shapes. Tha Phae Gate and night Bazaar are a 5mins walk away, with many restaurants, bars and spas nearby. Reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was manageable, with fruit, bread, eggs, sausages and coffee. They also have draft beer at a reasonable price, available 24hr, and can arrange day trips at the best rate. Totally recommended.

Good value for money in general, and the small pool is a nice benefit. The rooms are okay and have good space, and the team is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast could be better. The hot plate should be switched on if hot food is being served, since the fried eggs, sausages and other items were cold every day. A tea selection of at least 3-4 options would be great too.
