The atmosphere was social and fun but still relaxed, and the location worked great for the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. I had a great stay at hostel summer club Ao Nang. The hostel was clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and nice common areas. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Laura deserves a special mention for greeting me so warmly and looking after me throughout my stay. I highly recommend it.

From check-in to check-out, everyone made me feel welcome, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I loved every moment 😄 I've stayed at other top-rated hostels in Ao Nang, but this one stands out, especially for solo travellers. It's about 1.5 km from the beach, and well worth it.

I needed sleep that night, and this hostel turned out to be a poor fit. It's in the middle of a busy tourist area, with constant crowds and fast-food chains like McDonald’s and Subway nearby, which might suit some people. The place seems geared more toward party travellers. Guests drank heavily into the evening and late night, with loud music and bass audible from the bedroom area. Around 2-3 a.m., drunk guests came into the shared room talking loudly and eating, waking me up and showing little regard for those trying to sleep. If you're after a party hostel for socialising and late-night drinks, it may suit you. For a proper night's rest, probably not. Given the noise and lack of consideration for sleeping guests, the price felt clearly excessive for a hostel bed.

The hostel has a friendly feel, great vibes, and a convenient location. Everything was easy and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Nell Austin deserves a special mention for her warm hospitality, lovely smile, and positive energy. She has a natural way of making guests feel welcome, and her presence made my stay unforgettable. This place will always be a memorable part of my journey. Highly recommended 🌴✨

At The Summer Club in Ao Nang, I felt like part of a family from the moment I arrived. The boss, waiters, and everyone else were cheerful, warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. It felt like they wanted everyone to have a good time together, not just get through work. Jadon, Chloe, Sam, and Nai were amazing and brought so much positive energy. The other staff and managers were great too. I can't remember all their names, but I do remember how welcome they made me feel. Great people and an unforgettable atmosphere. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend the Summer Club.
