The location works, but the room was awful and the service even worse. An extra lousy bed costs 400 baht per night. I’d only come here if I were trying to spend as little as possible and couldn’t find another hotel.

There’s plenty nearby, including places to eat and massage centres, plus the well-known night market and shopping mall. The room itself was in bad shape, though, old and mouldy.

The hotel is old, but there’s good food nearby.

You can walk to the centre of the tourist shopping area from here. The hotel is old, and it’s a pity to see the city dealing with fewer tourists while operating costs rise. The owner has done a good job keeping most facilities up, though worn items such as the carpet need upgrading.

I come back to this hotel whenever I visit Hatyai. The staff are friendly, and the service is excellent.
