NORN Boutique Hotel

The location was really nice, and my room was very spacious with pool connectivity, which was amazing. The hotel felt welcoming and cosy, with a lovely aesthetic. Guests can help themselves to free tea, coffee, and bottled water in reception. Breakfast was decent, though as a vegetarian I found the choices limited. I booked the room with one queen bed and one single bed, which worked well for us. Still, I was charged 700 baht for my 3-year-old daughter. I don’t think they should have charged for her since she could share our bed, and she only eats bread for breakfast. That’s why I’m giving three stars.

The lobby had complimentary water, coffee, and tea, which I really liked. The staff were friendly, and check-in was great, all smiles. Our room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. As an older person, I did find it hard to get into bed and reach the sitting space. I enjoyed swimming, though the pool steps need changing. Water pressure was excellent, despite some comments saying it was low. The only low pressure was the bum gun. We had an excellent stay, and thanks to all the hotel staff.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the location in Chiang Mai is very good. Norn Hotel is a spectacular place to stay, and the price feels worth it. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends.
