The rooms are roomy, clean, and new, and you get unlimited free water bottles. It’s self-service with no room service. A great experience for the money :)

Good amenities and plenty of room, with comfortable rooms too. The bathroom let things down a bit, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear everything happening outside.

The area felt safe and the location was good. I miss chiangmai, and if I visit again, I’ll book at bua house.

Efficient service response and a great location made this a very good hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms have plenty of space, and the place is very clean. Free drinking water and a washing machine are handy too. My main issue is how noisy it gets, and the bed is so hard it feels like a board with a blanket on top. I've got three nights left, so we'll see how those go.
