The staff were so kind, polite, and helpful, and they sorted out the room problems quickly. That genuine hospitality really improved our stay, since we were disappointed by a few issues with the facilities at first. We booked through Agoda for a reasonable price and later found out there was no lift, while our room was on the third floor. As we were traveling with our parents, the hotel kindly offered us a ground-floor twin room with a jacuzzi for a small extra charge.

I really liked the Tatami platform bed. It stood out from other hotels I've stayed in, and the platform made the sleeping area feel spacious, so I didn't worry about falling out of bed or my phone dropping. I booked a room facing the mountain or cliff, expecting an ordinary view, but it was stunning. There's no lift, so pack light or ask the staff for help.

The receptionist was so lovely, always greeting us with a warm smile, and she let us check out two hours late without hesitation. That made our trip much easier. Our Mountain View room was spotless, fresh, comfortable, and really spacious. We stayed for three nights and felt it was a total deal-breaker at this price. There's no elevator, but with only three floors, it wasn't much of an issue for us. We had a wonderful stay, would give it 8/10, and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The hotel looks a little dated, but the staff work hard to make things right. The reception was friendly, and our room was clean and spacious with a great view. The pool was really nice too. One night, our driver left while we were heading to a restaurant, and one of the guys working there gave us a lift without asking for anything. Thanks to all the staff. The air conditioner was leaking, though, so don't leave your stuff underneath it.
